- Your trial status and dates to manage free trial access.
- Any info related to your studies required for your use of the website, including but not limited to:
- Which lessons you've learned
- Which exercises you've completed
- Your grades
- Your audio recordings of the pronunciation exercises
- Your messages on our forum
Your data rights
You may send us any requests related to your data rights at gdpr@loquelaire.com using the email associated with your LangLich account.
This includes requests for data portability and data erasure.
In case of a data erasure request your full account will be deleted without possibility of recovery and your subscription will be terminated.
Third parties
If you have opted for a paid plan your payment information is handled by our payment provider Stripe.
If you participate in our Discord community, your messages and data related to your Discord account are handled by Discord.
